Tom Daley's lover Dustin Lance Black 'furious' after website's sex tape leak

Olympic hero Tom Daley’s ­boyfriend was furious after a sex tape of him and an ex-lover was leaked on the internet.
Oscar-winning American screenwriter Dustin Lance Black – named last week as the  19 year old driver  love interest – found the intimate video could be viewed on a US gossip website.
The tape, shot in November 2006 ­before Dustin, 39, found success, shows him having unprotected sex with a former boyfriend called Jeff Delancy.
Stills were leaked to the Perez Hilton site in June 2009, after Dustin won a screenwriting Oscar for gay rights film Milk, starring Sean Penn.
The photos then spread to other sites.
Dustin, one of the most high profile gay men in Hollywood and a campaigner for safe sex, ­released a statement telling of his embarrassment.
He said: “It is unfortunate that individuals are trying to profit from material which is clearly private.
"More ­important is the ­misleading ­message the images send.”
A ­£1.8million lawsuit for invasion of privacy was filed and most sites removed the material.

Tom, host of ITV’s celeb diving show Splash! revealed his ­relationship with a man in a YouTube video last week.
The highboard star, who won a bronze medal at the London Games and has two Commonwealth Games golds, is thought to have been introduced to Dustin by friends in London this year.
Tom said on the Jonathan Ross Show it was “love at first sight”.
He revealed: “I wrote my number and put ‘Call me’ with a wink face. I had a text in the morning. I was like, ‘Oh my God’.”
The couple have been house hunting in Stratford, East London. Tom wants a base in the area so he can train at the nearby Olympic Park aquatic centre.
Meanwhile the father of Tom’s US ex-girlfriend, diver Kassidy Cook, 18, said he was stunned by news of the Brit’s gay lover.
Kevin Cook said he thought Tom warned Kassidy before going public.
But he added: “It was a surprise to me. I thought they were dating.”
Kassidy did not comment about Tom.
But she mysteriously tweeted: “Ain’t nothin’ worse than a liar.”
